The Kaaba lies at the heart of the Holy Mosque (Al Masjid al Haram) in the Holy City of Makkah. It is the dearest to all Muslims' hearts and the one they turn their faces towards in all their prayers. Here are snapshots from an interactive gigapixel panoramic photo graph of this holy place. What is wonderful in this panorama, is that you can zoom on any detail by double clicking. Try it for yourself at the end of the article.
