The world's smallest girl – Charlotte Garside – was born with a rare genetic disorder that doctors have not given it a name. At birth she was 25 cm and weighed less than a kilogram. She had to be dressed dolls costumes. Doctors expected that Charlotte cannot live up to two years, but she survived and grew up. At age of 5 she joined a primary school while she is only 68 cm and weighs less than 4 kg. Now she is six years old.

شارلوت غارسايد هي أصغر فتاة حجماً في العالم ولدت باضطراب وراثي نادر حتى أن الأطباء لم تعطه اسما بعد. فعند ولادتها كان طولها 25 سم ووزنها أقل من كيلوغرام واحد. وكانوا يلبسونها ملابس الدمى. وقد توقع الأطباء أنها لا تتمكن من العيش أكثر من عامين، لكنها عاشب وكبرت. وفي سن الخمس سنوات دخلت مدرسة ابتدائية في حين ان طولها 68 سم ووزنها أقل من 4 كجم. والآن أصبح عمرها ست سنوات.
