I can't understand why would anyone may wear shoes on head. Unless, it is a way of getting famous by being eccentric. Don't think that this is just for joking. While enjoying your favorite delicious pizza, most probably you may never know that it may include dough conditioner made from human hair. That ingredient is the L-cysteine or (E920) -a good way to hide the name. It is used in flour to aid in relaxing the gluten of the dough. Basically it breaks the sulfhydryl bridges between gluten proteins, producing weakened flour. Thus giving the great taste of the crust. Besides human hair, L-cysteine is made from chicken feathers, duck feathers, hog hair and petroleum byproducts.
