In 1994, the U.S. Air Force's Wright Laboratory in Ohio drafted a bizarre three-page proposal regarding "behavioral disrupting chemicals." The goal was to create a "Gay Bomb" that makes enemy soldiers 'intensely sexually irresistible' to one another, rendering them incapable of combat.
