Don't get amazed by this. Just search the net for "Kick The Can Ice Cream" and hundreds of articles and recipes will pop up. What is that? It is a fun activity many are doing. All what is needed are two cans, one is smaller than the other, ice, rock salt and the ice cream ingredients. The smaller can is filled with the ingredients then inserted inside the larger can and surrounded by ice and rock salt. The cans are sealed and taped, then kicked or rolled for 15-20 minutes; and viola the ice cream is ready. The concept does not differ than the old methods which usually require turning the ingredients placed in an inner container surrounded by ice.

لا تندهش بهذا. فقط ابحث في الإنرنت عن "آيس كريم ركل العلب" وستجد مئات المقالات والوصفات عن طريقة صنعه. ما هو ذاك؟ ذلك هو نشاط ممتع يقوم به الكثيرون. فكل ما هو مطلوب علبتان إحداهما أصغر من الأخرى وثلج وملح صخري ومكونات الآيس كريم. تعبأ العلبة الأصغر بالمكونات ثم توضع داخل العلبة الأكبر وتحاط بالثلج والملح الصخري. وتسد العلب وتلصق بشريط، ثم تركل أو تدحرج لمدة 15-20 دقيقة، وڤوالا، الآيس كريم جاهز. وهذا الأسلوب لا يختلف كثيراً عن الأساليب القديمة التي تتطلب عادة تحريك مكونات الآيس كريم الموجودة في وعاء داخلي محاطة بالثلج.

I found, according to New York News, and others, that there is a ritual called Ma'nene, observed every three years in the Toraja district of Indonesia's South Sulawesi Province. During this ritual family members carefully dress their mummified relatives to cherish the memory of their deceased ancestors. Locals believe dead family members are still with them, even if they died hundreds of years ago.
