Simply boil fresh water (500ml) and let the water settle to 80-85°C and gently pour the water into the glass teapot. Add one bulb of the flowering tea into the teapot. Each bulb can be infused twice. For the first Infusion, brew the tea for 4 minutes. For the second, for 5 minutes.
