In the Swiss Alps, the Berggasthaus Aescher hotel and restaurant has been wedged into the cliff face for more than 200 years. It is run by a father-and-son team who smoke, cure and can animals they've hunted or raised on their farm. There are only 3 guest rooms. The hotel is available only in summer, from April to October, and can be reached by a cable car from Ebenalp or hiking up the mountain for several hours.

هناك في جبال الألب السويسرية، وعلى وجه الجرف الصخري أنشيء فندق ومطعم برغاستهاوس آيشر منذ أكثر من 200 سنة. ويقوم بتشغيله فريق من أب وابن وهما يدخنان ويعالجان ويعلبان لحوم الحيوانات التي قد يصطادانها أو يربيانها في مزرعتهما. ولا يوجد في النزل سوى ثلاث غرف للضيوف. وهو متوفر فقط في فصل الصيف من شهر أبريل وحتى شهر أكتوبر، ويمكن الوصول إليه عن طريق التلفريك من بلدة يبينالب أو صعود الجبال على الأقدام لعدة ساعات.
