World's Largest Umbrella Shades Flyoverأكبر مظلة في العالم تظلل جسر سيارات

The other day, I saw this photo on the net: World's largest umbrella in Gansu, China.

رأيت هذه الصورة على الانترنت منذ أيام، مدعين بأنها أكبر مظلة في العالم في قانسو في الصين.

But I couldn't understand why would anyone erect such an umbrella there and how can such a thing withstand winds. I searched the net to find that it is a hoax by someone who masters computer graphics manipulation. The circling flyover is part of Shanghai's Nanpu bridge, and it is real. It is the world's fourth longest cable stayed bridge which was completed in 1991. The bridge crosses Huangpu river with a daily traffic that exceeds 120,000 vehicles.

ولكنني لم أستطع أن أستوعب لماذا قد ينصب أحدهم مثل هذه المظلة هناك، وكيف يمكن لهذا الشيء أن يتحمل الرياح. فبحثت في الإنترنت لأكتشف بأن الموضوع ملفق من قبل شخص متمرس بالتلاعب بالصور بالكمبيوتر. الجسر الدائري هو جزء من جسر نانبو في شنغهاي، وهو حقيقي ويعتبر رابع أطول جسر معلق بالكوابل في العالم. وقد تم الانتهاء منه في عام 1991. ويجتاز الجسر فوق نهر هوانغبو وتزيد حركة المرور اليومية عليه عن 120 الف مركبة.
