Someone noticed that the first footprints on moon don't match Neil Armstrong's boots!!

أحدهم لاحظ أن طبعات أقدام نيل آرمسترونغ على القمر لا توافق شكل نعل حذائه!!

It was one small step for a man; one giant leap for mankind. On July 20, 1969, Neil Armstrong put his left foot on the Moon creating the first human footprint there. But a new conspiracy theory suggests that he didn't step on the moon and it was the works of Hollywood filmmakers. To support this claim, the above picture was used comparing the spacesuit of Neil Armstrong exhibited at Smithsonian's National Air and Space Museum with a shot of his footprint taken in the Apollo 11 mission.

كانت خطوة صغيرة لرجل؛ ولكنها قفزة عملاقة للبشرية. ففي 20 يوليو 1969، وطئت قدم نيل أرمسترونغ اليسرى سطح القمر لتكون أول طبعة قدم بشرية على سطح القمر. لكن هناك نظرية مؤامرة جديدة تشير إلى أنه لم يتم النزول على القمر وأن القصة كانت من أعمال صانعي الأفلام في هوليوود. ولدعم هذا الادعاء، استخدمت الصورة أعلاه لمقارنة بذلة نيل أرمسترونغ التي تعرض في متحف سميثسونيان الوطني للطيران والفضاء مع صورة طبعة قدمه خلال بعثة أبولو 11.

حذاء نيل آرمسترونغ المعروض في متحف سميثسونيان الوطني للفضاء والطيران.

While Armstrong did wear the Apollo/Skylab A7L suit pictured above, he wear overshoes with treaded soles to provide extra protection from tears, and dust to the basic spacesuits. These overshoes are the ones that left distinctive footprints that will stay to be there for million years. There is no wind to blow them away.

ومع أن ارمسترونغ ارتدى بالفعل بدلة أبولو/سكايلاب A7L المذكورة أعلاه ، فإنه ارتدى حذاءا فوقيا (جرموق) ذو نعال محززة لحماية إضافية من التمزقات والغبار إضافة لبدلة الفضاء الأساسية. وهذا الجرموق هو ما ترك آثار الأقدام المميزة والتي ستبقى موجودة هناك لملايين السنين. إذ لا توجد رياح لتذروها.

The next question is why the overshoes aren't at the museum like the rest of Armstrong's gear. Apollo 11 crew left behind on the Moon about 100 items to saving weight including not only TV lenses and bodily fluids, but the infamous shoes as well.

والسؤال التالي إذا، هو لماذا لا يوجد الجرموق في المتحف مثل بقية معدات آرمسترونغ. والجواب هو أن طاقم أبوللو 11 ترك على القمر حوالي 100 قطعة لتخفيف الوزن وكان من بينها الجرموق المختلف عليه بما في ذلك العدسات التلفزيونية والسوائل الجسدية.

The overshoes provided extra protection from rips, tears, and dust to the basic spacesuits.

This X-ray was taken as a last minute check of the overshoes before the mossion.

About 100 items were left on the Moon as a weight saving measure including the overshoes.

The remaining question now is how did Armstrong take off his overshoes? Did he doe that while standing on the moon? or after climbing up to the mother-ship?

والسؤال الباقي الآن هو كيف خلع نيل آرمسترونع حذاءه الفوقي (الجرموق)؟ فهل فعل ذلك وهو ما زال يقف على سطح القمر؟ أم أنه خلعه بعد صعوده إلى السفينة الأم؟
