نواة زيتون لايزيد طولها عن 3.4 سم وارتفاعها عن 1.6 سم محفورة بدقة فائقة من عام 1737م.

The olive pit sculpture is on display at the National Palace Museum in Taipei City, Taiwan. On the tiny boat are eight figures, each with unique expressions. The interior features chairs and dishes, and the windows are hinged and can be opened. Engraved on the bottom of the boat is the entire text of Su Shih of over 300 Chinese characters telling the story of the boat. This type of art goes back to the Qing Dynasty (1644–1911/12), the last of the imperial dynasties of China. The tradition of olive pits carving is reviving, so one can buy some nice items through the internet from etsy.com, for example, for just few dollars.

تحفة بذرة الزيتون المنحوتة هذه معروضة في متحف القصر الوطني في مدينة تايبيه، بتايوان. فعلى القارب الصغير هذا ثمانية أشخاص كل منهم له تعبيرات وجه مختلفة. ويوجد في الداخل كراسي وأطباق، كما أن النوافذ يمكن فتحها. وعلى أسفل القارب نحت النص الكامل لسو شي، والذي يتضمن أكثر من 300 حرف تحكي قصة القارب. وهذا النوع من الفنون يعود إلى حقبة أسرة كوينغ (مابين عام 1644 إلى 1911-1912) وهي آخر الأسر الإمبراطورية الصينية. فن نحت نوى الزيتون التقليدي بدأ يعود للحياة، إذ يمكن شراء بعض القطع الجميلة عبر الإنترنت ببضعة دولارات فقط من إتسي دوت كوم على سبيل المثال.
