Every year from mid-November to March the flower park of the Japanese city Kuwana hosts one of the most exciting events in the country – "The Winter Festival of Lights". During that the park is illuminated with millions of LED lights powered by solar panels. Most spectacular attraction of the festival is the "tunnel of lights".
