One of the most beautiful walks is during wisteria blossom season in Japanese gardens. Ashikaga Flower Park, Tochigi, in Japan has a 140 years old wisteria plant, the largest in Japan. Despite that it is not the largest in the world, but it still covers an impressive 1,990 square meters (or half an acre) and dates back to around 1870.
