هذا ليس عيباً خلقياً ولكنه أنف بديل قام الجراحون بإنباته!

Chinese surgeons at a hospital in Fuzhou, Fujian grew a new replacement nose on a 22-year-old man's forehead after his original nose was injured in a traffic accident. To craft the new nose, doctors took cartilage from the ribs and implanted it under his forehead skin. After fully grown, the nose was transplanted to its proper place in September 2013.

قام الجراحون الصينيون في مستشفى فوتشو، في فوجيان بإنبات أنف جديد بديل على جبين رجل يبلغ من العمر 22 عاما بعد أن أصيب أنفه الأصلي في حادث مروري. ولصياغة الأنف الجديد، قام الأطباء بأخذ غضروف من الأضلاع وزرعوه تحت جلدة الجبين. ثم بعد نموه بشكل كامل، تم زرع الأنف في مكانه المناسب في سبتمبر 2013.

This is not the only case of growing human spare parts on body, there are many case in other parts of the world. In January 2013, British doctors at the University College London grew a nose on a man's arm after he lost his original to cancer.

هذه ليست الحالة الوحيدة التي تم فيها إنبات قطع تبديل على أجسام البشر، فهناك عديد منها في أماكن أخرى من العالم. ففي يناير 2013، أنبت أطباء بريطانيون في كلية جامعة لندن أنفاً على ذراع الرجل بعد أن خسر أنفه الأصلي بسبب السرطان.

The new nose, the first in the world to be grown from scratch from stem cells and it is hoped that it will have the sense of smell. The new nose began as a glass mould, based on the original. The it was sprayed with a synthetic honeycomb-like material to create a framework for stem cells to cling to. Then was placed in a jar so the cells will join. Then it is implanted on the man's arm, so the nose will get the right nutrients to grow cartilages, blood vessels and nerves.

والأنف الجديد هو الأول من نوعه في العالم حيث أنبت من الصفر من خلايا جذعية ومن المؤمل أن يكون لهذا الأنف حاسة الشم. وقد بُدئ بالأنف الجديد كقالب زجاجي، مثيل للأنف الأصلي، ثم تم رشه بمادة تركيبية تشبه قرص العسل لخلق إطار للخلايا الجذعية كي تتمسك به. ثم وضع في إناء للسماح للخلايا بالتماسك مع بعضها. ثم تم زرع هذا الأنف على ذراع الرجل، لكي يحصل على المواد المغذية المطلوبة لنمو الخلايا الجذعية وتحولها إلى غضاريف وأوعية دموية وأعصاب.

The Department of Nanotechnology and Regenerative Medicine at the University College London's (UCL), lead by Dr. Seifalian, are focusing on growing replacement organs and body parts to order using a patient's own cells.

وتركز إدارة تقنية النانو والطب التجديدي في كلية جامعة لندن، بقيادة الدكتور سيفاليان، على إنبات قطع تبديل وأجزاء بشرية حسب الطلب وذلك باستخدام خلايا المريض نفسه.

Growing an ear   استنبات أذن

In 2012, At Johns Hopkins University, an ear was grown for months under a ladies forearm to replace her ear that had cancer.

في عام 2012، وفي جامعة جونز هوبكنز، تم أنبات أذن لعدة أشهر على ساعد سيدة ليحل محل أذنها التي أزيلت بسبب السرطان.

In November 2013, in Changde, in China's Hunan province, Chinese doctors have successfully reattached a man's severed hand after it was attached to his ankle for a month. The man's right hand was severed by a machine in an accident at work.

في نوفمبر 2013 وفي تشانغده في مقاطعة هونان في الصين، قام الأطباء الصينيون بنجاح بتثبيت يد رجل مقطوعة بعد أن زرعت على كاحله لمدة شهر. فقد قطعت آلة اليد اليمنى للرجل في حادث خلال العمل.

Doctors said that his injury was severe and his arm was flattened to the point that immediate reattaching was not possible. So they had to perform several other operations and treat his injuries before taking on the hand reattachment surgery. To prevent the severed hand from dying, they attached it to his ankle.

ذكر الأطباء ان اصابته كانت شديدة وكان ذراعه قد تسطحت لدرجة أن اعادة تركيب يد الفوري لم تكن ممكنة. لذلك كان عليهم أن تنفيذ عدد من العمليات الأخرى وعلاج جروحه قبل جراحة إعادة تركيب اليد. ولمنع موت اليد المقطوعة خلال فترة التحضير تم تركيبها على كاحله.

في مقاطعة لياونغ في الصين، تم وصل إصبع عامل أثاث عمره 20 عاما ببطنه في مستشفى محلي بعد أن قطعه بمنشار حادث عمل.
