The following amazing creations are delicious desserts crafted by the famous French pastries chef Cédric Grolet, who won many distinguished awards for his works. From a family of restaurateurs, Cédric spent family holidays and Christmases at the hotel-restaurant his grandparents ran in Andrézieux-Bouthéon. It was in that kitchen, where he began his passion at the age of 12. Now, at the age of 31 he is the head pâtissier at the hotel Le Meurice.

الإبداعات المذهلة التالية هي حلويات لذيذة صنعها شيف الحلويات الفرنسي الشهير سيدريك جروليه، والذي فاز بالعديد من الجوائز المتميزة لأعماله. سيدريك ينتمي لعائلة من أصحاب المطاعم، إذ كان يقضى العطلات العائلية و رأس السنة في فندق ومطعم أجداده في بلدة أندريزيوكس-بوثيون. ففي ذلك المطبخ بدأ شغفه وهو في سن 12. والآن وهو في سن الـ 31 أصبح رئيس قسم الحلويات في فندق لي موريس.
