This is the promo of The Heart Attack Grill which is a hospital themed restaurant in downtown Las Vegas, Nevada (formerly located in Chandler, Arizona) that promotes unhealthy large hamburgers. The menu refers to developing atherosclerosis from the food's high proportion of saturated fat and excessive caloric content.

هذا هو شعار مطعم مشويات النوبات القلبية في وسط مدينة لاس فيجاس بنيفادا (كان سابقاً في مديتة تشاندلر بولاية اريزونا) والذي له طابع المستشفى ويروج لأطعمة غير صحية من الهامبورغرات الضخمة. وتشير قائمة طعامه إلى زيادة تصلب الشرايين نتيجة أكل ارتفاع نسبة الدهون المشبعة في الطعام المفرط بالسعرات الحرارية.

Customers are called patients and are dressed in surgical gowns with bands on their wrests! Orders are called prescriptions, waitresses as nurses and the master chef as doctor.

ويسمى الزبائن بالمرضى ويتم إلباسهم أثواب الجراحة ووضع أساور تعريف على معاصمهم! وتسمى الطلبات بالوصفات الطبية والنادلات بالممرضات ورئيس الطهاة بالدكتور.

The menu includes the Single Bypass Burger (as in coronary artery bypass surgery), Double Bypass Burger, Triple Bypass Burger, and the Quadruple Bypass Burger, ranging from quarter kg to one kg of beef. Also on the menu are Flatliner Fries (cooked in pure lard, not oil), no filter cigarettes, hard liquor, beer, full sugar coke and candy cigarettes for the kids!.

تشمل قائمة الطعام برغر أحادية الباي باس (كما في جراحة القلب – إلتفاف لشريان واحد) وبرغر ثنائية الباي باس وثلاثية ورباعية تتراوح أوزانها ما بين ربع كيلو إلى كيلوغرام من لحم البقر. ويوجد أيضا على قائمة الطعام بطاطا مقلية بالشحم الحيواني النقي (وليس الزيت) و سجائر بدون فلتر ومشروبات كحولية صرفة نقية و كوكاكولا كاملة السكر. وحلويات على شكل سجائر للأطفال.
