Amazing is the perfect word for Spanish painter Juan Bautista Nieto's work. Juan studied medicine before studying art. His work presents an exaggerated obsession with recreating a reality, which reaches beyond the precise representation of a photograph. He uses a combination of acrylic, oil paint and air-brush. Each painting is very detailed and takes a lot of time, so he produced only a couple of paintings every year.

It is the work of Luigi Benedicenti, an Italian artist born in 1948 in Torino, Italy. Critics define his work as 'Realismo Estremo' or 'Extreme Realism'. He is closely tied to the movement of hyper-realism of the late sixties and early seventies of the twentieth century. Luigi replaces the fish and meat that used to decorate the dining rooms of the leisure class with contemporary Italian patisserie, ice cream, classy drinks and others. That does not mean he is not good at painting human subjects. To judge him just see the last two paintings in this article.

This is not an unripe or alpine strawberry, it is a hybrid fruit of pineapple & strawberry flavor.

It is "Pineberry", a new hybrid fruit that was publicized in Eastern Germany in April, 2009. It is smaller than strawberry with flesh that can range from soft white to orange and is very fragrant with a slight pineapple flavor. When ripe, it is almost completely white, but with red seeds. They are grown in greenhouses. Pineberries begin life as green berries, then become slightly white. By the time its deeply set seeds turn deep red, the white fruit is deemed ripe.

To craft the new nose, doctors took cartilage from the ribs and implanted it under his forehead skin. After fully grown, the nose was transplanted to its proper place in September 2013.
