This is what Boutique Design of Hong Kong has provided in the design of the soaring residential Canopy Tower in Hong Kong. The tower has 54 luxurious duplexes that are surrounded by a private gardens. The duplex flats (net 107 sq m plus a 49 sq m of garden/balcony) are like modern tree houses: immersed in nature, yet offering full comfort and 21^st century lifestyle. The tower has an optimized structure with standard units for cost effectiveness in addition to other numerous features such as space optimization, social life within the tower.

هذا ما قام بتأمينه مكتب ديزاين بوتيك من هونغ كونغ عند تصميمهم برج كانوبي في هونغ كونغ. ويتكون البرج من 54 شقة دوبلكس فاخرة تحيط بكل منها حديقة خاصة. وهذه الشقق (صافي 107 متر مربع بالإضافة إلى 49 مترا مربعا من حديقة / شرفة) تشبه بيت الشجرة الحديث، مما يعطي ساكنيها انغماساً في الطبيعة ويقدم لهم الراحة الكاملة بنمط حياة القرن 21. وقد صمم البرج بأمثل بنية وذلك باستخدام وحدات قياسية لتوفير التكلفة بالإضافة إلى ميزات عديدة مثل استغلال الفراغ وتشجيع الحياة الاجتماعية داخل البرج.
