Americans alone throw out around 35 billion plastic bottles per year!! Just imagine what the whole world is polluting its environment with plastics! A London based start-up team called "Skipping Rocks Lab" came up with an innovative way of packing water and other drinkable liquids. "Ooho" is a bubble that encircles water within an edible membrane made from a natural seaweed extract.

يرمي الأميركيون وحدهم حوالي 35 بليون زجاجة بلاستيكية في العام!! فقط تخيلوا ما يقوم به العالم بأكمله من تلويث للبيئته بالبلاستيك! توصل فريق مبتدئ في لندن أطلقوا على نفسهم اسم "مختبرات سكبينغ رووك" إلى طريقة مبتكرة لتعبئة المياه والسوائل الأخرى الصالحة للشرب. اسموا ابتكارهم "أووهو" وهو فقاعة تحفظ الماء داخل غشاء صالح للأكل مصنوع من خلاصة الأعشاب البحرية الطبيعية.

The membrane can be flavored and colored   يمكن تلوين الغلاف وإعطائه نكهة


It can also be used for other liquids such as soft drinks, spirits and cosmetics.

وكذلك يمكن تعليب السوائل الأخرى من المشروبات الخفيفة والخمور وحتى سوائل المكياج.

Biodegradable in just 4-6 weeks as normal fruits and vegetables.

وهي تتحلل في الطبيعة خلال 4-6 أسابيع تمام كالفاكهة والخضار.
