The Shit Museum, sorry for the provocative name, but it is real and located in northern Italy!!

متحف الخراء، مع اعتذاري من هذا الاسم المستفز والمقرف، ولكنه الإسم الحقيقي كما هو ويقع في شمال ايطاليا!!

One of the most amazing things, when you start searching for museums, is that you will find museums for everything you imagine and don't imagine.

من أكثر الأشياء المدهشة، هو أنك عندما تبدأ في البحث عن المتاحف، فأنك ستجد متاحفا لكل ما تتخيله أو لا تتخيله.

The Shit Museum (or Museo Della Merda in Italian language) in Piacenza, Northern Italy documents the history of feces. This museum is not the only museum worldwide. There are, up to my knowledge, four other poop museums. Most notably, The National Poo Museum at the Isle of Wight, UK, which exhibits real shit of various animals and even fossil shit. Three other museums, though they are not real museums, are in Tokyo, Japan and both in Seoul and Busan of Korea.

متحف البراز (أو متحف ديلا ميردا باللغة الإيطالية) في مقاطعة بياتشينزا في شمالي إيطاليا، يوثق تاريخ البراز. وهذا المتحف ليس المتحف الوحيد في العالم. فهناك، على حد علمي، أربعة متاحف أخرى للبراز. أبرزها المتحف الوطني للبراز في جزيرة ويت في بريطانيا والذ يعرض برازاً حقيقيا لمختلف أنواع الحيوانات وحتى برازا أحفورية. وتوجد ثلاثة متاحف أخرى، رغم أنها ليست متاحف حقيقية، في طوكيو باليابان وفيكل من سيئول وبوسان في كوريا.

The mean spatial IQ scores were 8 and 9 points higher. Many other claims followed. One of which suggested that Mozart will help your baby's brain grow. Such claims have been soundly debunked. That does not mean that I deny possible benefits of prenatal music – simply it is not easy to prove!

No. It is not the most famous card game in Saudi Arabia.

If I ask what is balut? Thousands, especially in Saudi Arabia, will be astounded, is there anyone who doesn't know what is balut, the famous popular card game?

Let me say that balut among 290 million people in Southeast Asian countries is not the most famous card game of Saudi Arabia, but rather boiled eggs, and what eggs!!?

And, how can she manage the tightens and complexity of wedding dress? It would be impossible to take off her dress, because it may not be easy to put it on again with all the makeup, hairdo and the accessories. So, what is the solution? She has to revert to one of two options, either she takes a groups of girls with her to the toilet to help her hold the dress or she uses an incontinence diapers usually referred to as bridal diapers or nappies. Though many women may reject the idea of diapers, a poll by Mister Poll has shown that 95% (60 voters) think it is a good idea! What do think dear lady?

وكيف تستطيع أن تتصرف مع تعقيدات وضيق فستان الزفاف؟ إذ أنه من المستحيل أن تقوم بخلع ملابسها، لأنه قد لا يكون من السهل لبسه مرة ثانية مع كل الماكياج وتصفيف الشعر والاكسسوارات. فما هو الحل إذاً؟ إن أمامها أحد خيارين، إما أنها تأخذ مجموعة من الفتيات معها إلى المرحاض لمساعدتها على الإمساك بالفستان أو أن تستخدم حفاضات سلس البول والتي عادة ما تسمى حفاضات العروس. ورغم أن العديد من النساء قد يرفضن فكرة الحفاضات إلا أن استطلاعاً للرأي أجرته مستربول أوضح أن 95٪ (60 مشاركة) يعتقدن انها فكرة جيدة! فما رأيكن سيداتي العزيزات؟

Ages ago, during collage days, while on summer internship in Germany, one day I dined with some collage mates, and for lack of command of German language, I ordered some cold meat plate. The plate included some tasty red round meat slices that I enjoyed, till my friends burst into laugh and joked that I just ate donkey meat salami. I denied the possibility of using donkeys' meat in human food and continued my dinner with hidden disgust. But guess what? a week ago when I was preparing my article on Donkeys' Milk, I discovered that Italy is the biggest among European countries importing thousands of tons of donkey meat for human consumption every year. There are even annual festivals in various regions of Italy to enjoy donkey meat.

منذ زمن بعيد وخلال أيام دراستي الجامعة وبينما كنت في تدريب صيفي في ألمانيا تناولت في أحد الأيام العشاء مع عدد من زملائي في الجامعة، ولعدم تمكني من اللغة الألمانية، طلبت وجبة من اللحوم الباردة شملت شرائح لحم مدورة حمراء لذيذة الطعم استمتعت بها، إلى أن انفجر زملائي بالضحك والمزاح مدعيين بأنني قد أكلت للتو لحم سلامي حمار. نفيت آنذاك إمكانية استخدام لحوم الحمير في طعام البشر وواصلت تناول العشاء مخفياً عنهم اشمئزازي. ولكن إحزروا ماذا وجدت الأسبوع الماضي؟ اكتشفت عند تحضيري لمقالتي عن حليب الحمير، أن إيطاليا هي أكثر بلد أوروبي يستهلك لحوم الحمير وأنه يستورد آلاف الأطنان من لحوم الحمير كل عام للاستهلاك البشري؟ وتفاجأت أيضاً بأن هناك مهرجانات سنوية في مناطق مختلفة من إيطاليا للاستمتاع بلحوم الحمير.

Upon knowing that pepperoni is a dry variety of salami, I started wondering if the delicious Italian pepperoni pizza may contain donkey meat?!!

وعندما عرفت بأن لحم البيبروني المدور المستخدم في البيتزا هو نوع من أنواع السلامي المجفف، بدأت أتساءل فيما إذا كانت بيتزا البيبروني الإيطالية اللذيذة تحوي لحوم الحمير؟!!
