King Saud Mosque is one of the largest mosque in the city of Jeddah – Saudi Arabia, located in Al-Sharafeyyah district on Medina road. The Mosque was finished in 1987. It is mainly build of brick and covers an area of 9700 sq m and can accommodate over 5,000 prayers. The mosque's unique design have four iwan prayer halls covering an area of 5,000 sq m and opening on a central sun shaded court. The mosque has a large dome of 20 m span and a height of 42 meters, two smaller symmetrically arranged 12 m domes, and a series of small 6 m domes covering the remaining bays of the prayer halls. The Minaret reaches a height of 60 meters. The design got Aga Khan Award in 1989.

مسجد الملك سعود هو واحد من أكبر مساجد مدينة جدة في المملكة العربية السعودية. ويقع في حي الشرفية على طريق المدينة المنورة. تم الانتهاء من بنائه في عام 1987. وهو مبني اساسا من الطوب الإسمنتي ويغطي مساحة قدرها 9700 متراً مربعاً. ويتسع لأكثر من 5000 مصلٍ. تصميم المسجد مميز إذ يتكون من أربعة أروقة للصلاة بمساحة 5000 متر مربع تطل على ساحة مركزية مغطاة بمظلات شمسية. و للمسجد قبة كبيرة قطرها 20 مترا وارتفاعها 42 مترا وقبتين صغيرتين متناظرتين قطريهما 12 متراً ومجموعة من القباب الصغيرة أقطار كل منها 6 أمتار تغطي صالات الصلاة. أما المئذنة فترتفع 60 مترا. وقد حصل التصميم على جائزة آغا خان في عام 1989.
