This village man, who Lives in the Bryansk region, Russia, wanted to live like a tsar. That is why he has done all his best to make his house look like a royal residence, though the exterior of his residence and himself does look royal. Dreamer, maybe, crazy again maybe, but for sure he is enjoying it, even that his citizen are not humans but dogs.

هذا الرجل القروي الذي يعيش في منطقة بريناسك في روسيا أراد أن يعيش كالقيصر. لذلك قام بأفضل ما يستطيع لتحويل مسكنه إلى سكن ملكي رغم أن الشكل الخارجي لمسكنه وحتى شكله الشخصي لا يوحيان أبدا بالملكية. فهل هو حالم، ربما، أو مجنون أيضاً ربما، ولكنه بالتأكيد مستمتع بذلك رغم أن رعيته ليست من بني البشر بل من الكلاب.
