Now I'm bring the most expensive cheese in the world, over $1,250 per kilogram. It is the Donkey Cheese. In Serbia it is a delicacy called Pule Cheese, made at Zasavica donkey farm, about 80 kilometers from Belgrade. The farm also produces donkey soap and bottled donkey milk, which is said to contain 60 times more vitamin C than cow's milk.
